Your account
You need an account to use Post House. Sign up with your name, an email address you can read and a password; we email a six-digit code to confirm the address before the account opens.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
Plans and credits
Credits pay for AI generation. The estimated cost is shown before a generation starts and credits are held while it runs; you are charged for the work that completes, and the rest of the hold is released.
The Free plan includes 500 credits for writing (Content Studio, research and scripts) and for posting files you upload yourself. Generating images and videos needs a paid plan, whatever credits the account holds.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Business) run in monthly periods at the prices, credits and limits shown on the pricing page. A credit pack adds a one-time amount of credits to your balance.
Payments, renewals and cancelling
Payments are taken in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Post House never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Post House does not charge you automatically. Near the end of a paid period you are asked to renew; if you don't, the account moves to the Free plan when the period ends.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in the sources you bring (links, articles, feeds, topics, PowerPoint files, images, audio and voice samples) and in what you make with Post House.
You let Post House store, process and send that content to the AI and service providers that do the work, only so we can run the service for you. We don't use your content to advertise.
You are responsible for having the right to use every source, image, voice and brand you bring. Clone only a voice you have permission to use.
AI output
Scripts, images, voices, videos and text are made by AI models. Output can be wrong, out of date or similar to other people's work, and nobody at Post House reviews it before you get it. Check it before you publish or rely on it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Post House to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
- impersonate a real person or organisation, or make deceptive deepfakes
- create sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against people
- send spam, or post to platforms against their own rules
- probe, overload or break the service, or get around its limits, credit checks or plan rules
- resell or share access to an account
Posting to other platforms
Scheduled posts go out from your own browser through the Post House extension, using the accounts you are signed in to there, or through accounts you connect. You are responsible for what is posted and for following each platform's terms. A platform may refuse or remove a post; that is outside our control.
Changes to the service
Features, AI models and providers change. We may add, change or remove parts of Post House, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it permanently removes your projects, videos and other media, voices (cloned voices included) and brand kits, and forfeits unused credits. Billing records (payments, the credit ledger and subscriptions) are kept in anonymized form.
Liability
Post House is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and for a change that matters we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Using Post House after a change means you accept it.
