Cancelling a plan
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan. Post House does not charge you automatically, so nothing more is taken after you cancel or choose not to renew.
Credits
Credits spent on generations are not refundable. If a generation fails or you stop it, the credits held for work it did not finish are released back to your balance.
Credits left over from a plan or a credit pack are not exchanged for money, and deleting your account forfeits them.
When we refund a payment
We refund a payment in full when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order
- a payment was taken but the plan or credits it paid for never reached your account
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the payment and its Razorpay payment ID if you have it. An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay; your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
When a payment is refunded, the plan or credits it added are taken back from the account.
